A majority of the Pay@Hotel reservations are not charged a cancellation fee. Neither are they charged incase of no-shows.We are pleased to announce a payment solution that addresses this issue. 

How it works

With our Payment Solution Service (PSS), you will now be able to charge for a booking immediately when it is received from Pay@Hotel. 

This reduces the risk of no-shows and improves inventory utilisation. In case of cancellation, you can refund full or partial amount for the reservation based on your policy. 


You need to be a channel manager customer, that's it.
